1. Who Can Use Enjour

You must be at least 18 years old to use Enjour. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Enjour collects personal health and wellness data — including food, mental state, and sleep patterns — and is not intended for use by minors.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Providing accurate information when creating your account.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent after a 30-day data retention window (see our Privacy Policy).

3. What Enjour Provides

Enjour is a personal wellness journalling tool that allows you to:

• Log food, thought, and relaxation events with energy ratings.
• Receive AI-generated personal energy insights based on your logged data.
• Identify patterns and potential causal relationships in your own energy levels.

The AI insights are generated by Anthropic's Claude model based solely on the data you have logged. They are meant to be thought-provoking and personally relevant — not prescriptive health guidance.

4. What You Must Not Do

When using Enjour, you agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the app or its infrastructure.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent any restrictions.
• Upload any content that is harmful, false, or violates the rights of others.
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the app or its data.

5. Your Data

You own your data. The observations, entries, and information you log in Enjour belong to you. By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not sell it.

6. AI-Generated Insights

The energy insights and causal hypotheses generated by Enjour are produced by an AI model (Anthropic Claude) based on your logged data. These insights:

• Are personal to you and based only on what you have logged.
• Are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or applicable to your individual health situation.
• Should be treated as starting points for self-reflection, not as conclusions.
• Are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or psychological advice.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Enjour available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or issues outside our control (e.g. Firebase or Anthropic outages). We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enjour and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated insights.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the app is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, if the app is free, is $0).

9. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We may also add, change, or remove features of the app at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice for significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Your personal data is collected and handled in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
